• Business contact details such as name, company, mobile number and email address.

Website enquiry forms currently prepare a message on your device and open WhatsApp for your approval. They do not directly create an account or store the completed form in an Orbiz website database. If you choose to send the message, WhatsApp processes it under its own terms and Orbiz receives the message in WhatsApp. Information may also reach us by email, telephone, in person, or through an authorised representative.

We may share only the information reasonably required with approved employees, production partners, suppliers, couriers, payment, accounting, IT or communications providers. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal data.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, ongoing customer support, contractual records and applicable tax or legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet or messaging system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask for access, correction, withdrawal of consent, grievance resolution or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting us. Requests remain subject to identity verification and records that we must retain under applicable law. This business website is not directed to children.

1. We acknowledge the request and may ask for proportionate proof that you are the person concerned or their authorised representative.
2. We identify personal data under our control and check whether any part must be retained.
3. We delete or de-identify eligible data and confirm completion, or explain any lawful limitation.

Invoices, payment records, tax records, signed approvals, order specifications, defect claims, legal correspondence and information required to establish, exercise or defend legal rights may be retained for the applicable period. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove protected backup copies; these are isolated and expire through normal backup cycles.

Deleting information held by Orbiz does not automatically delete copies held independently by WhatsApp, email providers, payment services or other third parties. Requests concerning those services must also be made to the relevant provider.

Orbiz names, logos, product images, renders, layouts, copy, mock-ups, production methods and other website material are owned by or licensed to Orbiz Creativez Pvt Ltd. They may not be copied, scraped, republished, sold, used to train a commercial system, or presented as another party’s work without prior written permission.

You confirm that you are authorised to provide and reproduce every logo, name, image, trademark, design, message and other material supplied to us. You remain responsible for spelling, names, colours, quantities, sizes, placement and other details approved for production, and for claims arising from unauthorised customer-supplied material.

Mock-ups are visual guides, not exact colour or material guarantees. Screen display, substrate, print process, handmade production and batch variation can create reasonable differences. Production begins only after the required approval and payment conditions are met. The latest written approval becomes the production reference.

We aim to keep website information accurate, but images are illustrative and products, materials, prices, capacity and lead times may change. A website enquiry is not an accepted order. Only a written quotation or order confirmation accepted by both parties creates a commitment.

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful files, impersonate another party, misuse Orbiz intellectual property or use the site for unlawful or misleading purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, Orbiz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising only from website use. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including transport disruption, natural events, government action or material shortages; affected timelines will be communicated and revised fairly.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and statutory forums, disputes will be handled by courts having jurisdiction in Kerala. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Notify connect@orbiz.in or customer care promptly and preferably within 3 business days after delivery. Include the invoice or order reference, affected quantity, clear photographs or video, and a description of the defect. Please retain the products and packaging for inspection or collection.

A manufacturing defect is a material fault in workmanship, construction, printing or supplied specification that makes the affected product materially different from the approved order, allowing for disclosed and reasonable production tolerances.

• Details, spellings, artwork, colours, placement, dimensions or specifications approved by the customer.
• Reasonable shade, grain, texture, handmade or batch variation disclosed or inherent in the selected material or method.
• Errors in customer-supplied files, late change requests, misuse, accidental damage, improper storage or normal wear.
• Damage caused after delivery or by a customer-appointed carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may request samples or arrange inspection before confirming a claim. Where a defect is verified, the remedy applies to the affected units and may be replacement or refund. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or agreed business account within a reasonable processing period. The customer must not dispose of disputed units before the claim is resolved.

50% of the confirmed order value is payable as advance on order confirmation. The remaining 50% must be cleared before dispatch. The advance becomes non-refundable once procurement or production for the approved custom order begins, except where required by law or agreed by Orbiz in writing.

GST is charged in addition to quoted prices at the rate actually applicable to the supplied goods or services, unless the quotation expressly states that tax is included. The applicable tax amount will be shown on the relevant invoice.

Freight, courier, handling and delivery charges vary by order volume, weight, dimensions, destination, service level and transport mode. They will be quoted or confirmed before dispatch where reasonably possible. Delivery dates are estimates until artwork, advance, stock and logistics are confirmed.

One standard digital mock-up is provided without charge after we receive a sufficiently clear requirement and usable artwork. It is for approval and visualisation only. Additional concepts, substantial redesigns, complex artwork preparation or repeated revisions may be quoted before that work begins.

Physical samples may be provided for selected products at a nominal charge, subject to availability. Branding, customisation and delivery may be charged separately. A sample charge is adjusted against a later order only when the accepted quotation expressly says so.

Lead time starts after receipt of the required advance, final artwork, written approval and all necessary specifications. Changes or delayed approvals may change pricing and delivery dates. Dispatch occurs after the final balance and any agreed freight or tax amount are cleared.
